Ordering & accounts
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can browse the catalog, configure a sign and check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders, reuse files and reorder.
How do reseller accounts work?
When you sign up, choose 'Reseller' and provide your business info. Once our team approves you, you'll see wholesale pricing on every product and at checkout. Browsing is unlocked immediately, but ordering is locked until approval.
How long does reseller approval take?
Usually one business day. We may reach out for a resale certificate or business details. You'll get an email the moment your account is approved.
Files & artwork
What file types do you accept?
PDF, PNG, JPG and TIFF. Vector PDFs give the cleanest results for text and logos. We accept files up to 100 MB per upload.
What resolution should my artwork be?
150 DPI at the final print size is the sweet spot for most signage. For close-viewing pieces (decals, retail), aim for 300 DPI. We'll flag low-res files before printing.
Do you check my files before printing?
Yes. Every order is reviewed by a real human for size, bleed, color mode and resolution. We'll email you if anything looks off — we never print blind.
Production & shipping
How fast will my order ship?
Most jobs ship same or next business day. Larger or specialty jobs (oversized rigid) may take longer. Each product page shows its turnaround time, and your estimated ship date is also shown at checkout and on every order.
Where do you ship?
Anywhere in the continental United States via UPS or FedEx Ground. Expedited options are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders.
Can you ship blind / drop-ship to my customer?
Yes — at checkout, choose 'Ship to a different address' and we'll ship without our branding. Resellers use this for client deliveries every day.
Pricing & payment
Why is my reseller price different from the listed price?
Approved resellers see wholesale pricing automatically — either a flat percentage off the retail price, or a product-specific reseller price set by our team.
Do you charge sales tax?
We collect sales tax where required by law. Resellers with a valid resale certificate on file are not charged tax.
